Charles Barkley to serve jail time - CHEspn To Follow Every Minute

Charles Barkley will be serving his 5 days in jail for DUI in a TENT. Tent City means Sir Charles will be wearing the infamous pink long johns -- and this means CHEspn will be all over every update.

Sir Charles is heading to jail after pleading guilty to two drunken driving charges. Barkley's BAC of .149 was just 0.001 away from meeting the minimum requirement for an "extreme" DUI, which would have resulted in a minimum of 30 days in the a REAL LIVE prison...

Funny how the BAC was conveniently under the extreme limit. And as for the LOADED gun cops say they found in Barkley's car on the night of the arrest -- no charges were ever filed -- another "wonder" in this case.

Sir Charles also pleaded "responsible" to running a stop sign before his December 31 arrest in Arizona. Barkley has been given work release -- meaning he only has to be in tent city from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Barkley will serve his sentence starting on March 21st -- I will be all over it during those five days.
